Rhinowash Ltd specialises in the delivery of Pressure Wash Solutions, we design, manufacture, sell, install, service and repair of our own range of Rhinowash Pressure Washers.

We also hold any data relating to any contracts, transactions and other dealings with us, including data relating to billing, payments and accounts, and grant applications.

Note: Under e) Rhinowash Ltd will process personal data under Legitimate Interest to offer to data subjects product and services which will benefit the data subject ensuring our legitimate interests are not overreached by the rights of individuals whose personal data is being processed. 


Disclosure to Other Third Parties 

We may share your details when we are operating certain schemes and projects on its behalf, along with other partner organisations, other public-sector organisations, providers of other public-sector support and regulatory and audit organisations. 

Legal disclosures 

We may, in appropriate cases, voluntarily or where required by law, pass your data to the Police and similar organisations such as law enforcement agencies (including fraud prevention and detection) or other governmental agencies. 


We will keep personal information secure by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against the unauthorised or unlawful processing of that information. 

We review this code and our other data protection policies regularly to ensure that they are appropriate and up to date. We also carry out regular audits to monitor our security policies and procedures and revise them if necessary.

Where we transfer your personal information to countries outside of the EEA we will take appropriate steps to ensure your personal information is afforded the same level of protection as described in this Privacy Policy.
